Often we land up in scenarios during solution import and export to a new organisation that a required component is missing. Then we keep scratching our heads to figure out a way to find and add relevant components. I happened to have a look at this cool button which eases out the pain a bit in this case:

Go to Your solution and see this button (one at the end):

Select the component you want to find required components of and add them:

Click Ok and you are done. Hope it helps!
