{CRM 2016 Update 1} Organisation Insights Dashboard in Dynamics CRM

First things first, Organisation insights is a preview feature – so we need to enable it

Go to System settings and Enable:

After hitting OK, You can navigate to Sales -> Dashboards -> Organisation Insights Dashboard:

It lets you have following components:

· Active users

· Most Active Users (Reads)

· Most Active Users (Changes)

· Active users performing specific operations: This one gives a plot of various events:

· Total Operations

· Total Page Requests

So, you can go now and have insights for your CRM org!

Hope it helps and Happy CRMing!
